Jardin Bahar is an Indonesian qualified attorney. His practice covers various corporate and transactional matters in Indonesia. He has strong capabilities in the area of project, construction and finance.  His in-depth knowledge of Indonesian infrastructure regulatory framework (particularly relating to Public Private Partnerships) combined with his familiarity with international transaction practice, has put him as the leading attorney in the infrastructure field in Indonesia. He has advised and been involved in several major infrastructure projects in Indonesia. Some examples include the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit Project with investment value estimated to be USD1,5 billion and Soekarno Hatta International Airport Railway Project with investment value estimated to be USD2,2 billion.

He has advised various clients with multi nationalities. Some of his representative clients include Samsung C&T Corporation (Korean), Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Foster Wheeler Group, Volex Plc (UK), plus various Indonesia clients, including several Indonesian state-owned enterprises, such as PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.

He also has Indonesian banking and finance capabilities, including conventional corporate loans, syndication, asset finance and project finance. He has advised prominent banks and financing institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank Group, ANZ Bank Group, PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, OCBC Group, and International Finance Corporation.
