Cornel Juniarto, co-founder of Hermawan Juniarto & Partners, is a seasoned legal professional with 29 years of experience. Before reestablishing the firm as an independent entity, he served as Country Managing Partner at Deloitte Legal Indonesia, where he successfully doubled the firm's size in five years. His expertise spans Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Debt Restructuring, and Commercial Dispute Resolution, and he is renowned for advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions, as well as court-sanctioned restructuring and capital markets dealings.

Cornel has advised a wide range of local and international clients on high-profile corporate and commercial matters. He is also a published contributor to Bloomberg BNA and the Indonesian Corporate Governance Manual, supporting institutions like the IFC and OJK. Active in professional circles, he has served as a judge for the Indonesian Property Awards and is recognized for his real estate expertise.
