Legal and Strategic Consultant for PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II

HJP acted as the legal and strategic advisor to PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II in a series of complex airport infrastructure projects across Indonesia. These include (i) a deleveraging initiative involving securitization and spin-offs of 15 airports operated by PT Angkasa Pura I; (ii) the operational cooperation (KSO) of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport led by PT Angkasa Pura II; and (iii) the Cargo Village Strategic Partnership Project at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

• For the 15 Airport Deleveraging Project, HJP provided legal advisory services on the proposed securitization and spin-off mechanisms, including a comprehensive regulatory review in accordance with prevailing Indonesian laws and corporate governance frameworks.
• In the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport KSO Project, HJP acted on behalf of PT Angkasa Pura II in preparing and structuring the operational cooperation agreement, including drafting, negotiation strategy, and regulatory compliance.
• For the Cargo Village Strategic Partnership Project, HJP assisted PT Angkasa Pura II throughout the project preparation and transaction phases. This included (i) preparing a final pre-feasibility legal review; (ii) drafting procurement documents; (iii) advising during the transaction stage; and (iv) supporting the strategic partner selection process.
