In 2005, Ms. Irawati Hermawan embarked on an ambitious quest to redefine Indonesia's legal landscape by founding Irawati Hermawan & Partners, with a clear mission to deliver excellence and innovation in legal services. Five years later, she joined forces with the esteemed Cornel Juniarto, leading to the establishment of Hermawan Juniarto. From the outset, their goal was to set revolutionary standards in the legal industry, providing clients with unparalleled legal solutions across a wide range of disciplines.
Hermawan Juniarto distinguished itself by offering strong resources in various legal practices, enabling the firm to handle the most complex matters with a progressive approach. Between 2012 and 2017, Hermawan Juniarto entered into a strategic association with Hogan Lovells, further strengthening its ability to serve both local and international clients. From 2018 to 2023, the firm became a member of the Deloitte Legal Network, enhancing its global reach and enabling the provision of integrated legal solutions. In 2024, Hermawan Juniarto transitioned into an independent law firm, rebranded as Hermawan Juniarto & Partners, continuing its legacy of delivering exceptional legal services while establishing itself as a dynamic, standalone practice in the competitive legal industry.
